| russian gym wu day 2corrie and i opted for the c and j's from yesterday.b/c we ralley like c and j and yesterday was a rest day. previously i have cleaned 135 and ohs 135, but, not put the 2 together.today i did c and j 135 as my last rep.it was ugly, but, it got up.i need some training. would ralley love to go see that guy in eugene. great time w/ cor. this am.nice work kurt!! |
