Asshole Cop Beats and Pepper Sprays Cuffed Suspect

This cop drags a cuffed suspect out of his car, beats him to the ground and mases him for a good 30 seconds. We can only assume this is because the suspect was talking about the cops wife's titties, and how he was gobblin' all up on those last night.
