| Wow Alayna, I can't even begin to tell you how much water I drink in a day .. probably at least a 2 qt. phitcer. I have to have a glass of water on my nightstand b4 bed and I wake up and drink water and when I get to work it's the first thing I get b4 I log into my computer. I LOVE WATER!!!!!!!!!!! I do not need any flavorings at all. Lately, I've been going up to the gym and forgetting to bring a water bottle. I was so parched and could not wait to get off the treadmill so I could chug a whole bunch.DRINK WATER!!!!! |
